Summer is now All-Star Baseball

We've been busy trying to enjoy our summer vacation. In the meantime, baseball continues to consume us. Here's my all-star!

Summer is Baseball

Summer is here and what can I say? I was hoping to have more time to blog, however baseball has taken up much of my time. Just about when the season is over, the little guy makes all-stars, and well, that is more time at the field. I enjoy it, don't get me wrong, however I can't bring my laptop to the field to read blogs, etc. Could I do it on my phone? Sure, but I am too darn lazy to read all your blogs from my crackberry. Thanks to Leigh, I decided to give my blog a much needed lift. I should be in bed cause I need to get up early...as it stands, I won't be getting the eight hours that my body needs. Hope to pay some visits this weekend.

A Steam Train Excursion

The Munchkin

I became an auntie on May 6th. The little munchkin decided not to wait in his mother's womb the whole 40 weeks of gestation. He felt 23 weeks would be a good time to come out. Thankfully, he has been doing really well. He will be 5 weeks old on Wednesday. The doctors and nurses are taking great care of him at the University of Chicago Comer's Children Hospital.

Just a quick check-in. I'll be back to write more.
I have my laptop finally...it was out of commission the past three weeks.

Busy...busy...busy....it is never-ending.

Basketball at the Y is over, so the focus has finally switched to baseball. I just love being a mom in the stands. I ended up as treat ticket mom this year, so all the kids will like me for sure!
