Relaxing Weight Gain

I got on that scale this morning and thanks to all that bread, wine, and ice cream from Indianapolis, I gained three pounds!!! Yes, three freaking pounds!!! I am not even going to reflect on that.

I'm sure the brownies that were made with love by my little man played a big part in those three pounds as well.

Actually, I don't think I have eaten as much as I did this past weekend.

Friday Night:
Flank steak seasoned Korean style
Rice-mushroomed flavored (I think)
Salad with strawberries, walnuts, and blue cheese
Some awesome bread from some kind of bakery
Ice cream sundaes

Saturday Morning:
Toast with leftover bread-yum!!!

Saturday Afternoon:
Turkey breast panini
Part of a soft pretzel

Saturday Evening:
Spinach salad
Pasta shells filled with cheese
Texas toast
Ice cream cone

Sunday Morning:

Sunday Afternoon:

Sunday Evening:
Sirloin Tips
Mashed Potatoes

Monday Morning:
Mini bagel with butter

Now after I typed that all out, it sure looks like I ate a whole lot of food. Carbs, carbs, and more carbs!!!

I definitely deserved to gain three pounds.

All these really sounds delicious. Do you feel guilty? Don't!
Just go for more window shopping (or real shopping) and bring your precious to walk around more.. you'll be okay!

Ah, you are too cute. I love how gentle you are with yourself on this. I truly admire this and seek this character trait.

You sound like it was ALL worth it, what a blast you n your little man.
