I'm Over It

Things are good, well as good as they can be at this time.

I should have a pre-trial next month and if the matter isn't settled then, the trial is set for February.

Yes, it all has to do with my baby's daddy.

On the flip side, now he is taking me to court. He wants to modify child support, and by modify I mean lessen. He claims I make more than him. I guess he forgot that he owes me a decent amount of money for his child. In the end, my attorney will get all the money that was meant for his son.

Oh well. I'm over it. It is all in God's hands. Thank you peeps for all your kind words of encouragment.

I am so sorry . . . . . . I understand how stressful your life is because he's an idiot. . . . does he also want more time. . . . or just less money. . . . . somehow I would be only less money.

I am sorry that he is making you go through this. But you seem to be fluttering again which is good.

I hope you can keep a positive attitude - but you have every right to be angry! It seems like lots of men are more concerned with the amount in their wallets than they are with the care of their child - but in reality a lot of time its just that they are pissed off at the ex. I am so sorry you have to go through this. :(

As a father, I can't imagine not being willing to support my child. This isn't something that people should have to go to court over. Good luck and keep your chin up!

My court matters stressed me to the point of permanent feeling sick. It's not a fun time, just stay strong, love your little man non stop and document every thing your ex does or doens't do for evidence in court, it helped me. My case ended just before pre-trial because we reached a decision ourselves but I know the feeling. All the best ok.
