1 Week Down...35 To Go

Back to school for me has been pretty good. Since we have had rain all week it as been easier to go to work, although I must say I am having sun withdrawal. Needless to say we have a pretty good routine going here at home.

The little man has done great. There were a couple of little glitches the first day-nothing he knows about-but he has transitioned so well. Of course I had tears in my eyes his first day of school when I left him at before care. Let me not forget to mention that I was up at 2:30 am. Why? I can only guess I was nervous for him, I don't know. Where has the time gone?

Thank you all for your words of encouragement.

So glad the first day went well for him and that you made it through. He's a doll. I think I will post a pic of my son soon.

Makes me yearn for the good old days, where the students were sweet and innocent. I'm sure the Little Man's already soaking up the knowledge.

I don't know where the time goes, if you find it, will you loan me some? My daughters are 19 and 21 now. The oldest says she needs to start thinking about retirement. :) Not what I was thinking about at 21....enjoy it all and be grateful for sobriety. I know you are.....
