Class of 2020

My little man graduated from pre-school last night. I held back the tears, he was just too cute and kept me smiling that there wasn't a chance to let a tear drop. He is so excited to start Kindergarten. While eating dinner at Red Lobster we talked about his new school, the routine, and work that would be required.

He is so ready.

More pictures to come...Gramps hasn't e-mailed them yet.

BTW...This is his girlfriend...

At Worlds End

We just got back from seeing the movie.
I just love Captain Jack Sparrow.
There's gotta be another.

BTW-Thanks for the prayers.

Summer Vacation

Summer vacation is almost here and I can't wait!

Water park passes have already been purchased.
The little guy is enrolled in a summer camp for the first two weeks of June.
I do not have to adhere to a daily routine.
We can stay up late and sleep in.
Days will be spent outside riding bikes, playing basketball, and just having fun.
Time to catch up on scrapbooking.

BTW, don't forget to sign the guest book!

Sign the Book

Look to the right and you'll see a guestbook I created thanks to Kate.

I'd be so happy if all my blogging peeps signed it!

Happy Mother's Day

It's that time of year again to celebrate mothers. My little guy asked when it was to be going kid's day. He insisted that there should be a kid's day just as there is a Mother's and Father's Day. I let him know that every day is kid's day.

Happy Mother's Day!

Dinner Conversation

While eating dinner tonight, my little guy talks to me about his "girlfriend".

Yes, he is only five and in pre-school.

He's telling me that it is going to be a while before he and his gf get married. Once they get married he is going to be a dad and she is going to be a mom. Then there will be a little brother or sister...scratch that...a boy or a girl. He'll then have to go to work.

Luckily, he tells me that his gf is too young to have a baby right now.

Spiderman 3 ranks #3 in my book of Spiderman movies. However when you're 5, substance doesn't really matter.

We managed to take in this 2 hr 20 minute movie at the IMAX yesterday. I'm glad I purchased our movie tickets earlier in the week to avoid the long lines.

The little guy wants to know when it will be out on DVD. Did I mention he wants to get bit by a spider so he can become Spiderman?

Thinking of You

To all of you in recovery...
I'm thinking about you. I'm praying for you. I'm believing in you.
